The Fancy Dress Parade

The annual event, "The Fancy Dress Parade" will take place as a pre-program for Hokudaisai.
Hokkaido University students, who participate in Yuryosai, dress up as they like and parade along the street.
Through their advertisement, you can feel the season of Hokudaisai a little before.
Over 800 of Hokkaido University students had participated in "The Fancy Dress Parade" last year.
Let's enjoy the variety of costumes, shown up on "The Fancy Dress Parade".

Date: June 2(Sat.), 2012 12:30?16:00 *To be cancelled in case of rainy weather.

Mogiten Grand Prix

Mogiten Grand Prix (Booth Grand Prix) is the program which decides the ranking of booths by vote from visitors.
Prize winners can get the special gifts by Hokudaisai Staff.
Hokudaisai Staff will go to winner's booth and give them Mogiten Grand Prix award.
All booths, outdoor and indoor booths, have chance to aim for the award.
This award will be given each day, and at the end of the festival period.
Vote will be done by visitors' email.
If visitors draw a lot by using "Nire Pepper (Yuryosai official coupon magazine)" with stamps which given by each booths, the number of stamps on the magazine can be counted as a vote.
Additionally, booth participatory event will be planned as a stage program at the special stage beside the gymnasium.

Nire Rock Festival

Nire Rock Festival is the free no genre outside live concert on the Yuryosai.
A lot of marvelous band groups appear on the Nire Rock Festival stage every year.
Please come to the special stage beside the gymnasium, and enjoy fantastic live performance.

Mr. & Ms. Hokkaido Univ. 2012

Mr. & Ms. Hokkaido Univ. 2012 is the biggest event in Yuryosai which decide the most attractive man and woman.
1st Day - specialty presentation, talk show, and interim report
2nd Day - a fashion show and examination results.
Mr. & Ms. Hokkaido Univ. 2012 staff prepared special gifts for all visitors.
Also, the last Mr. & Ms. Hokkaido Univ. may appear on the stage as a special guests.
A judge is everyone else in the auditorium.
The concept of "Mr. & Ms. Hokkaido Univ. 2012" is "華 (Flower)". Plesase stay with us to see participant coming into blossom.
